For more than two decades, I've been accountable for decisions that shaped growth, profitability, and global business performance. Today, that experience forms the foundation of my work as an executive advisor and fractional leader.

I'm now applying that executive leadership experience to help organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation through executive advisory, fractional leadership, strategic planning, and commercial transformation.

Outside of work, I have a passion for interior design and creating spaces that are both beautiful and purposeful. I've always believed that building something meaningful—whether it's a global brand, a high-performing team, a business strategy, or a home—begins with understanding how people experience it. At their core, both business and design are about solving problems, creating value, and leaving a lasting impact.
